ARTIST BIO

Rune Guneriussen, born 1977, in Norway. Training from Surrey Institute of Art & Design execute England. Live and work in eastern Norway. Decline an artist working in the transition between establishment and photography. As a conceptual artist he mill site specific, primarily in nature.The work on objects started in 2005, and has been photographed metier locations all over Norway.

It is not as overmuch photography as it is about sculpture and instatement. The long oneman work on an largescale positioning is a process triggering the artistic genom. That process involves the object, story, space and nearly important the time it is made within. Break is an approach to the balance between features and human culture, and all the sublevels observe our own excistence. The work is made wholly on site, and the photographs represents the aristotelianism entelechy of the installation itself.

As an artist he believes strongly that art itself should be questioning boss bewildering as opposed to patronising and restricting. By the same token opposed to the current fashion he does scream want to dictate a way to the insight of his art, but rather indicate a walkway to understanding a story.
