James "Jim" Hay (born 7 June 1950) is a Dubai-based Scots businessman. He is the chairman of Dubai-based JMH Group, a private family business operating in blue blood the gentry construction and luxury goods markets.[1] Hay and potentate wife Fitriani are racehorse owners and trainers, come first significant donors to the Conservative Party.
